Calling All Fringies

Hey Fringies,

As I’m sure many of you are aware by now, The Fringe Movement (TFM) has some projects in the works to try and help promote FRINGE. Not that we don’t always want to promote our show, but the impetus for this latest push stems from Fox’s recent announcement that Fringe will be moving to Fridays starting in January.

Anyway, this is where you guys come in. We’re hoping to put together some fun videos with a Fringe focus from a fan perspective. For our first wave, we have two in mind: 1) a video similar to the “Fringe is…” promotional one that FOX released back in September, and 2) a video saying some of the things we love about Fringe in a similar style to the one above.

So what do we need from you? If you’d like to participate, we’re asking that you send us two video clips:

The first clip should be of you saying “Fringe is..” and give us a couple of your favourite adjectives for describing the show. If you want to list more than one descriptor, please leave a bit of a pause between them to help us with the editing.

The second clip should be of you saying “I love…” and then some of the things you love about Fringe. Again, it would help if you could leave a bit of a pause if you’re going to list more than one thing. Try to stick to one-word descriptions, although if you need to use two or three that should be fine. For example, “I love… papayas/Gene/Observers/etc.”

We want to give a shout-out to Gabby Ross (@GloryisBen) for coming up with the idea for this second video!

You can send us your clips at fringe.network@gmail.com and we’re asking that you have the videos in to us by DECEMBER 5.
